Historic Maryland: Jupiter Radio Emissions


In the second installment of the Historic Maryland series, Riderwood TV visited NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt to learn about the discovery of Jupiter’s radio emissions. This discovery was made by Dr. Bernard Burke and Dr. Kenneth Franklin in 1955, in what is now the McKee-Beshers Wildlife Management Area in Seneca, Maryland.
